6 week online yoga series, gently and steadily returning to your mat just as you are. All levels are welcome to join. Yoga asana classes will be mindful & gentle. We begin Monday September 2nd, the morning of the New Moon, to set our intentions and welcome us into this sacred circle for the next 6 weeks. The schedule is as follows, all links will be provided upon registration. SEPTEMBER 2 - 8am New Moon Intention setting for the series 5 - 7am Mindful Morning session 9 - 7am Mindful Morning session 11 - 7am Mindful Morning session 12 - 7pm Self Love Evening class 16 - 7am Mindful Morning session 18 - 7am Full Moon Morning session 21 - 8am Saturday Morning Yin 23 - 7am Mindful Morning session 25 - 7am Mindful Morning session 26 - 7pm Self Love Evening class 30 - 7am Mindful Morning session OCTOBER 2 - 7am New Moon morning session 5 - 8am Saturday Morning Yin 7 - 7am Mindful Morning session 9 - 7am Mindful Morning session 10 - 7pm Closing Evening class This is a very special series to recommit and rebuild your practice right from where you are. The Evening sessions will be 1.5 hours and will include meditation, time to journal/create, read and share insights (if desired) to the group, then close the evening with restful postures and yoga nidrā. These evening calls are intended to offer yourself time and space to really connect with yourself, and embrace your inner voice & creativity, while connecting with and empowering other women.
