This relaxing and healing half day retreat is for you to allow rest, joy & peace, discovering a deep connection with yourself and nature, while you explore mindfulness and self healing practices.

​Cancellation/Refund policy: A 90% refund on retreat participation is available if cancelling 30+ days prior to retreat. 75% refund on retreat participation available if cancelling 15-31 days prior to retreat. Then, due to limited retreat spots and costs to cover retreat, no refunds are available if cancelling 14 days or less prior to retreat. No transfer of dates available. Exchange for 6 Week Expansion Journey online program if cancelling 14 days or less prior to retreat. All retreats are Rain or Shine
