My intention is to provide a comfortable and safe space for you to come explore your true Wholeness, through the practices and ancient wisdom of yoga. Weaving my knowlendge, understandings and personal practices to bring you into a state of pure Self awareness, consciousness & freedom of mental restraint.

Through the body, we can access more sublte energies, gaining deep insights and awakening to your true nature. As we move gently into rest, quieting the mental activities of the mind, we access pure states of consciousness. This is where we can access the subconcious mind, replacing old limiting beliefs with new, more positive and loving thoughts.

Exploring the roots of yoga; moral and ethical behaviours, movements, breath and meditation will have you feeling reconnected to Source energy, leaving you with a sense of awakened potential and deep understanding of your Self and the world around.
