A workshop to experience beyond the physical body & ego mind, returning home, to yourself.

If you’ve been wanting to rest & restore, connecting and trusting yourself, moving beyond self limiting beliefs and patterns of thinking, or if you have the desire to access a deeper and more loving connection with oneness, this is your invite to join.
We create a sacred space for ourselves, move through gentle yoga postures, access the hearts intention, reflect on yoga philosophies, and journey through yoga nidrā (yogic sleep) to access insights, your intuition and become aware of the mind-space, the chidākash, the "space of consciousness". A space where we feel ourselves as whole, we see pure self, beyond the ego. Here, we can replace self limiting thoughts with more loving and supportive ones.
My intention is to provide a comfortable and safe space for you to come explore your true Self. Quieting the mental activity of the mind opens the door to explore layers of your consciousness and connect to a heart felt truth beyond the thinking mind.
