Hi! I'm Natalie

YOGA, MEDITATION & SELF EXPANSION GUIDE

I am here because I have been there too. The self uncertainty, longing for an unknown desire, feeling stuck and uncomfortable in my own skin. Anxiety, depression & shame seemed to devour me into long nights of self loathing and tears.

Knowing I did not want to live this way, I began seeking mindfulness practices, energy healing, self help books upon more self help books, and of course, yoga & meditation.

Each time I came to the mat, my heart softened. I began to know and trust myself on a deeper level. Becoming more connected and trusting of myself, I felt empowered, confident and ALIVE again! 

Although the journey of life will always bring new lessons, challenges and many ups and downs, I can now navigate these changes with grace and acceptance.

My passion and desire is for you to feel this freedom. To offer a compassionate and understanding space for you to explore and express your truest most authentic self. 

In an ever changing world, the most important thing is to feel at home within yourself.

Module Two

Flowing and feeling into our emotions and creative centre this week with a focus on sacred boundaries and accessing the artist within.

Module Three

Reclaim your power and self identity! Standing tall and proud of your uniqueness, we explore empowering practices and insights to gain self mastery and confidence.

Yoga & Meditation practices this week will be around the Solar Plexus.

This module includes;

  • Solar Plexus Chakra Yoga postures and Mudras 

  • Empowered Self Accountability 

  • Learn mantras and meditations for this energy centre

  • Build physical and mental strength 

  • Emotional Freedom Technique

  • Breath of fire

Module Four

Journey into the heart. Reclaim your joy in this module as you practice compassion and love for yourself and others. Bring into light and life you desire, begin to see through loving eyes.

Yoga & Meditation practices this week will be around the Heart Chakra 

This module includes;

  • Heart Chakra Yoga postures and Mudras 

  • Heart coherence and Metta meditations

  • Practice Ho'oponopono 

  • Breath of Joy 

  • Explore forgiveness 

  • Create your Sankalpa

Module Five

Let it be expressed. This week we focus on our divine Will, what we speak into existence and how we express ourselves.

Yoga & Meditation practices this week will be around the Throat Chakra 

This module includes;

  • Throat Chakra Yoga postures and Mudras 

  • Vibrational sound healing 

  • Learn mantras and meditations for this energy centre

  • Practice speaking your truth

  • The power of Om and chanting 

Module Six

Trust your intuition and access your higher self.

Yoga & Meditation practices this week will be around the Third Eye and Crown Chakras. 

This module includes;

  • Third Eye and Crown Chakra postures and Mudras 

  • Practice the power of your imagination 

  • Learn mantras and meditations for this energy centre

  • Higher Self guided meditation

  • Yoga nidrā exploration into conscious oneness

Having taken numerous classes both in studio and on-line over the past few years, it is evident that Natalie strives to provide a total experience rather than just leading the yogi/yogini through a sequence of asanas.

Her use of lighting, smudging, music, thought-full readings and meditations all help to set the tone for her classes wherein she keeps the students' wellbeing foremost. The care and compassion she has not only for her students but life in general shines through.
